I sat in the lounge area rather than the dining room because it had the best view: facing Main Street and overlooking the water. Beautiful view of all the boats. For dinner I ordered the macadamia crusted Mahi Mahi with peanut sauce, mango coulis, and coconut ginger rice. The mahi mahi was excellent, I really love that fish. The macadamia crust was a really good bonus, but served with the peanut sauce proved to be too much nuttiness even for me. I loved to eat the fish instead with the mango coulis because that toned down the nutty flavor. The rice was ok, nothing too spectacular. My friend ordered the Shrimp Trio Platter with grilled shrimp, shrimp scampi and coconut shrimp (which came with a mustard and plum dipping sauce that was superb) and then rice and broccoli. The shrimp was delicious! highly recommend all of them --yes, I did try all of them :) NOW FOR THE DRUM ROLL PLEASE. The HOT CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE. Yes, it is the cake that is famous everywhere now, but this was the first place I tried it so I have a soft spot for this version (added to the fact that it is the best version). This is what the cake is all about : Godiva Chocolate Liqueur, molten center, vanilla ice cream, served with warm chocolate sauce and Heath Bar Crunch. How can you go wrong? We polished this off nicely :) Lovely dinner. Lovely dessert
