Two services done. In rating the overall friendliness of staff I would rate 4.5. Pedicure was below average. I liked the products but there was no hand and arm massage as indicated in brochure. Foot massage was below average. There was no pressure. It was more like rubbing lotions in. I left with. Erg rough patches on my foot pads and there was literally no time spent on removing dead skin. Better pedicures at Asian salons (I am sorry to say) at less cost Haircut was done by a relatively new stylist although a lovely person. No shaping was done around face and bangs weren't even trimmed. I will be canceling future appointments and using remaining gift on product. Not returning for services
