This is the worst apartment ever.
This is a dump. I read the poor reviews and rented an apartment in Gwynn Oaks landing anyway; big mistake. The management company does not care one bit about repairing your apartment once you are there. They are completely incompetent. The management company sub-contracts most repairs to outside vendors. I lived there for three years. Each year was worse than the year before. There were 15 things wrong with the apartment the first year and there 15 things wrong when I left although the management office said that each item was fixed. The issue that pushed me over the edge was when a subcontractor damaged by furniture and the rental office would not take responsibility for the damage.
There were multiple thefts constantly. Homes and autos were broken into. One of their maintenance workers even took my satellite dish.
The only thing they care about is getting your money.
