I called Payless Garage Door Repair to check out my door as I it was giving me a hard time opening and closing it. It had been with us for 12 years so I thought maybe it needed balancing and a new torsion spring. The company sent over a repairman that very same day. As it turned out the spring was still in good condition and it just needed some minor adjustments. Thanks for the swift response.
