Review content:
She herself, the electrolysist, schedules, confirms and cancels all of her appointments, no receptionist. She calls and texts to confirm & change appointments, if she doesn't hear back from you she CANCELS your appointment. I confirmed my appointment and then showed up the day of and she told me she cancelled my appointment because she did'nt hear back from me. She claims she texted me twice and left me a voicemail. I told her I never got the texts or the voicemail. She said "is your number xxx-xxx-xxx? 2x. I said no that is not the right number. She flipped out on me! She told me she couldn't see me, she had someone else and then BERATED me for not getting back to her. How many times do I need to confirm? I wouldn't have showed up had I received her texts and voicemail. She's booked for weeks and frankly I don't want to give my money to someone who disrespected me like that. Also during our consulation she talked too much, we barely had time to test my skin for electrolysis. She also
