Ok, so the place is a combination of 3 things: tanning salon, baloon shop, and cell phone store. How good can either of them be? They do have a selection of baloons, but that's the least demanding of the services. The tanning bed place looked dirty and run-down. I wouldn't go near the cell phone service, there's enough problems with legitimate stores one can run into...
