I walked into JUUT in Downtown MPLS yesterday hoping for a walk-in appointment to be available, and I was happy because there was. I was looking for a quick eyebrow wax. I was walked back to the waxing area by one of the front desk attendants and the women in back were unprepared when I got back there. Two women, one my waxer and the other another JUUT stylist, were laying/ resting on the waxing bed while on their personal lap top with the door open and when I was "l dropped off", I sat and watched as she put everything away. I don't mind what the girls do in their down time, but the front desk should of made the girls aware of this walk-in appointment instead of just walking me back in a surprise attack. It looks unprofessional. Also, the girl who waxed my eyebrows, although very nice, ripped some of my skin off.... I am not using any chemicals/ faces washes or creams that would attribute to causing this and will be asking for some sort of reimbursement in return for this disappointing experience.
