Review content:
appt was scheduled at 2, wasn't seen until 2:45, the station floor was covered in HAIR, the girl working with me was very sloppy and got dye all over my face and forehead (and didn't clean it off before the color developed) left me under the dryer for 10 minutes after it went off...the woman who washed my hair couldn't be bothered, was talking about how she only had 30 mins left before she could go and got water all down the back of my shirt..sent me back where I then sat in the chair for 15 MORE minutes with a dripping wet head WAITING for my stylist to come back...watching all the other stylists with nothing to do sit at their stations and curl/spritz/fuss and fix their OWN hair while texting/eating. When she finally came back to me, she FINALLY noticed the dye all over my face and told me to just clean it myself with alcohol at home... for the price the complete attitude, lazy demeanor, and sloppy atmosphere is really not worth it. NEVER AGAIN
