My wife unknowningly ordered the wrong beer materials for me for Christmas. Once I realized this I contacted Brian the owner who was very reluctant to take anything back but said to send back what I didn't want and said "he would work with me". The materials were sent back at my expense and I confirmed he received it. I asked if he could give me equal value in extracts and he said he would. That was back at the end of January and despite several phone calls and emails I have not received the correct materials or even a response to my Feb 24th email. My advise to prospective customers is to avoid this business and if you do need to purchase supplies be certain you order the right stuff as apparently the owner has a no return no refund policy. I plan on following up with the BBB, WA AG, WA Brewers Association, Media and whoever else will listen. There is a chance he will follow through but so far no luck
