Review content:
I referred my friend to your salon at the Jefferson location after I received a gift card for new clients for $20 towards any new service. When he checked out after receiving a hair cut which he believed he would be receiving $20 off, the woman who was checking him out refused to apply the gift card. There is no reason why this gift card should not have been acknowledged, as there was no expiration date on the card, and nothing in the terms and conditions that would have disqualified him from receiving this gift. The woman stated that she didnt know who the stylist who signed the referral card was, and this is why she would not accept it. It was embarrassing for me, and he will not be returning to your salon. If your salon offers promotions, those promotions should be acknowledged. I will not make the same mistake again by referring someone to your salon.
