Because of issues (i.e. damage, not able to identify issues/repairs needed) I have experienced with other Mercedes Benz service centers, I decided to do some research online as to the quality of different Mercedes locations for my next service visit. Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch received the best service reviews out of the other two centers (i.e. Riverside, Laguna Niguel) that were closest to me, and also offered better rates (almost 50% off) from what other centers quoted. Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch was able to re-create and correct an issue that no other Mercedes dealership was able to identify for the past three years. As a Mercedes owner, I had anxiety that the issue would eventually be found after my car was out of warranty, which ended up being the case. Chris Erickson offered to test drive my car to see if he could personally re-create and identify the issue, which he was able to do. This occurred at the end of the business day, where he could have simply chosen to check out for the day. Instead he took the time to do one last thorough check himself and found the issue. Also, after confirming that other dealerships were not able to identify or correct this issue while my car was under warranty, Chris provided a good faith warranty to cover the repair that was 3 years over due, saving me $600. Chris went over and beyond, exceeded my expectations, and renewed my faith in the level of quality and attention to detail Mercedes prides itself on. I wanted to post this review to encourage other Mercedes customers to take their car to Foothill Ranch for their service needs. You will not be disappointed!
