They take advantage of college students. They are not personable, helpful, and will do anything to make money off of you.
My roommates and have been living in a CRMC house for 2 years. We have payed over $40,000 in costs for a run-down house.
These people will charge you for everything, even if it's not your fault. They will play the blame game and rid you of all the money you have.
THINK before you sign the lease or rent from these guys.
If I could regret one thing in college, it would be renting from CRMC.
