I decided to come over from Rocco's and give Juut a try. I brought a photo of a hairstyle I loved and Leaux cut it perfectly on my first visit! She is an absolute sweetheart and makes you feel so comfortable. She listens and offers suggestions to help you get exactly what you want. I highly recommend her. However, a couple of other employees were not as friendly and two of them walked directly in front of me several times as I sat waiting and didn't as much as glance at me. No smiles, nothing. This was my first impression of the salon and luckily...they had Leaux to change a negative into a positive. The receptionist was friendly but a pregnant sylist and the person stocking shelves were certainly not. It was as if I weren't even there. I had to give you a four rating because of this. A simple smile goes a long way!
