Review content:
I have been to many of the 'high end' salons in Seattle, and I could never find one that wasn't lacking somehow. Market Place, however, is perfect! I came in to the salon today with a horrible dye job reminiscent of Edward Scissorhands, and right as I entered the store, I was met with a cheery attitude which was exactly what I needed. The girl at the front desk - super nice and helpful, she set me up instantly. My stylist, Alisa, understood exactly what problems she would face with my hair, and exactly how I wanted it cut. She not only removed the horrid color, but was able to give me the dye I had originally hoped to have. Everything was -perfect-. There are some things this salon is missing that others do have... such as poor attitudes, snobby atmospheres, uneducated stylists, and an overall lack of conern. If you want any of that, don't go here. Otherwise, you'll be very, very happy. They even offer a free foot soak while you wait for your color to set! Pros: Well educated, prompt, emphasis on customer service Cons: In all honesty, can't think of one
