wsugina should have said something 2 years ago instead of waiting till now. The ones that can't cut it (no pun intended) move on to other places, usually chop shops, Salons have turnover and the same one that did your hair probably isn't even there any longer. I have been going to Marketplace for over 5 years and have not had problems. If it was something I didn't like with the color, they fixed it! They are not mind readers, you need to talk with any stylist. Some don't listen, that's true, (that is at any salon)but thats why they may not be there any longer. This salon is one of the best I have been to and I have been to salons all over the country. Daniel is one of the best colorist and stylists I have seen and he passes his knowledge on to his staff. They all care and they take care of you. Plus they have fun, and smiling faces just make you feel on top of the world when you come out of the Salon. Pros: They take care of you Cons: parking can be tricky
