Review content:
I spend about $200 a month at RA's for hair and wax appointments. I recently had a hair appointment that I scheduled 6 weeks in advance and even called to confirm the day of. When I arrived, I was informed that my stylist had called out. (Irritating because I left work early BECAUSE I called and confirmed with RA). I was given another stylist- which I appreciate because I did not want to reschedule. This stylist kept asking me what my regular person does and then contradicting it by saying that "she does it wrong". She also dropped a brush she was using to 'paint' on the color, picked it up, and went to put it back in my hair. I asked if it was the one she just dropped and she said "yes, but I'm using the other side." She also refused to do my hair how I normally have it done and I was not informed on the process she used instead but just treated more like a "hair model" in a "you get what you get" kind of way. My hair looks fine- and all in all, the stylist did a good job, but I go to RA's for the experience. I like to be consulted and informed about what is going on, and I definitely do not want a dirty brush in my hair.
