When I first called to set my appointment my gift certificate could not be found because the medical system and the regular spa system were not linked. I stayed on hold for a while until a manager finally step in. Then when I came to get service my check in was great! Then my service started and it was great them I came to the waiting room and had to stand up after my relaxing facial. I believe that waiting room should never get full. The folks giving services should always promptly come and get the person getting service! Also someone should always look in on the waiting room to ensure that clients never have to stand after relaxing services
