I guess I feel lucky after reading the other reviews. I have been getting my hair done there in Woodbury for awhile and love my sylist (Kelcee)! They do have some "young pups" working there so I could see where people get someone less experienced. You need to go to the more mature experienced sylists. They know what they are doing. Just call and ask for a sylist that has been there for awhile, talk with the receptionist...that's what I did years ago and they didn't let me down. Now for the pedicures and stuff.....I've been pretty lucky too. Once again YOU need to ask for the experienced person, do your homework, talk with the other clients, whatever. Evey salon has "new people" so you just have to be careful. I don't want a newbee doing my stuff. These things are too expensive to just get anyone!! Communication is the key at this place. Pros: kind employees, treated with respect, professional Cons: a bit spendy
