Review content:
I moved into the arbors about 2 years ago. They went through several staff changes and were bought out by Hill management. The staff right now is very friendly. The maintenance staff is absolutely phenomenal. They usually have my requests done within a day or two. The landscaping is beautiful and the grounds are kept clutter free. The only cons are that the rent is a little too high and that the trash compacter gets too full so people throw their trash outside of it and then it looks really bad. It is very quiet at night and the tenants are very nice and considerate. They have a nice gym-which could use some updating on the equipment but other than that its a great place to work out. The new manager is so awesome. He hired an activities director and they have started having lots of parties and other events for the community to be involved in. The community is tucked away by I-75 and there has never been any big problems. The floorplans are spacious and the porches are screened-a definite plus for the summer time!
