I saved up money for a full makeover. I made the appointment in mid November, discussed the makeover cost of $299 and the fact I would get a first time customer discount of $20 off that, she said, "Yes". I was put on hold while she found the people that could service each of the items on the makeover. We had to make the appointment almost a month later to fit all 3 in, which was fine, but she didn't say the cost would change. I would have given five stars for the service, the people were great and did a good job. However, when I saw my bill and asked why I wasn't charged the rate I was told on the phone you explained I had to pay a higher price for the better technicians. Since she booked the technicians that day, wouldn't she have said something since I purposely discussed price with her? Not good customer service at all, but great technicians.
