Review content:
As always it was wonderful. In all the years the salon has been open I've always had at least good service, and it is usually excellent. The staff is uniformly pleasant and efficient. The only changes I would suggest is that you insist (somehow) that clients not be more than 5 minutes late for an appointment or they have to reschedule. I've had to wait quite awhile for Kande a few times, and it is always because a client(s) was quite late and there is no way to hurry a mani with gel or other services. The faucets in the two bathrooms are too close to the edge of the bowl so it can be awkward and messy to wash hands. I LOVE the individual towels to dry hands. I've copied it at home.
