Review content:
A couple of friends and I decided to try a night out at Buckhead Bottle Bar. Unfortunately, we never even got in the place. We walked up to the door man, handing him our I.D.’s to get checked. As he was about to let us in, another door man came up cutting us off. He asked us, “Do you have a reservation?” in a demeaning manor. We told him, “no”. Are you with the private party?” he stated in a rude manor. Again, we said “no.” He then told us since there was a private party going on that night we could not come in. The door man checking our I.D.s looked at him funny and could tell something was up. I told him “that is not right” (using a bit more colorful language). Clearly there was no private party going on, and the other door man knew it. We walked away being humiliated in front of the place. As we left, we noticed some Caucasian men being allowed right in, no questions asked. Clearly, we were discriminated against, I assume because some in our party were of different nationalities. My friends and I will never set foot there again, which, I guess Buckhead Bottle Bar is happy about since we are not welcome there. I would caution others to do the same.
