OK here's the scoop. I purchased a system late Oct. of 2007, I had it for 7 days and the Hard Drive went out. I took it back to them to have them fix it, and they offered to have the manufacturer of the Hard Drive fix it; I called a few days later, they said Seagate denied them a fix so they would have to go through the computer's manufacturer; BIG MESS, we're looking at a month tops without my system I just paid for! So, they call the manufacturer, all it was, was hooplah!! NOTHING HAPPENED. I called the owner and chewed him out, because I'm a woman he must have thought I'm naive or something, he was VERY lippy and borderline sexist with me on the phone. I told him I was fed up and wanted a return or an exchange, he said NO, He wouldn't offer either. Hmm WHAT THE ?? Anyways, I then told him I was just going to come back to the store to pick up my system and go through the manufacturer myself. Which I did. This is the second time I've bought something through them and though the second time around would be different since it's been a few years since my first purchase, which was just as TERRIBLE. Basically, if you want to purchase a system, my suggestion is to go and buy from a 'big box' store such as Best Busy or Circuit City. I do not reccoment going to these people for anything unless you want a laugh. If you buy a faulty / lemon vehicle, you take it back to whom you purchased it from.... THEY take care of things for you, not pawn off the problem onto someone else, seems to me they just wanted my money and didn't care about anything else. And... to make things even better, their so-called technicians are kids!! I don't even think they know what they're talking about nor know what they're doing. If you want something fixed, make sure the tech is CERTIFIED. As a conclusion, I would rate them a zero if I could. They're below the rating system. They will never get my business or referral or reccomendation, EVER! They stink! Pros: Good for a laugh and place to vent if you're having a bad day, they're willing to aruge! Cons: Everything.
