Review content:
This company has been a nightmare to deal with. One of their employees robbed my home as well as many other neighbor's homes while we were away. The company took no responsibility for the actions of their employee. I later learned that this same employee had robbed from other homes in the past and was a convicted drug abuser. He was arrested for selling the pesticide chemicals on the black market. We learned that he was putting straight water in our homes yet we were paying for the chemicals. The company yet again, took no responsibility for these circumstances and when my lawyer asked for credit for payment of the 'water' services, the company hung up on him. When the attorney refused to pay currently due bills, they reported each of us to each of the credit agencies, thereby damaging our credit. This company has been just vicious and arrogant. Please be careful as to who they are letting into your home. This person is presently in jail and had a prior criminal record yet they allowed him into homes with customers and empty homes via key while the owners were away. Very frightening!
