I had FloorsbyEd put in oak hardwood floors in my kitchen, dining room, and great room about 10 years ago and they have held up fantastically so I decided to call them back to put in a new floor in my office space in my home. The customer service is great. I spoke to the office and set up a estimate with in a couple of days.
The room is about 15 x 12 and I wanted a whole new look to the room so Ed gave me a few samples to look at but none of them seemed to fit for the room which is decorated in Victorian style so he came up with a custom color for me which fit right in to the look of the room. I really like the new look of this color and I am thinking of having the other rooms re-sanded and having the same awesome color brought throughout the rest of the house. I am very pleased with the professionalism and the time, that this company takes to ensure that everything is done correctly and cleaned up daily they are always on time and he finished when he stated he would.
