The Holaday's (owners of Nature's Holaday) know their stuff when it comes to health foods and all natural products. The store carries the largest variety of health food you'll find locally - everything from cereals to cookies to nut butters. This isn't just a place to buy Luna Bars. You can select your own nuts and grains and seeds by the pound or peruse a huge variety of herbal teas. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and can help you navigate the aisles of supplements and vitamins far better than anyone at GNC. The prices are good and the store is laid out well. I can't say enough good things about this place!
