The store is a hot mess with management, I had a very nice woman helping me with something that was clearly a management issue, she felt so bad for me that they were ignoring me I had started crying and she got me a tissue and made excuses for them which was way nice only to have Mac come out and be completely rude to her in front of me and my husband. I was then told to come back to talk to Susan the shop manager the next day where she was completely fake to me. When the nice girl from the day before came in while I was with Susan, Susan was very rude to her right in front of me. I said something to her and this poor employee still made excuses for her management. That girl should replace all of them and run the store herself.
