What a psycho! Today was my follow up to the first visit. Dr. Strachan prescribed a cream from Irmat Pharmacy which took three weeks to arrive! When it did arrive, it was ruined! She took no responsibility for that at all. A Harvard and Yale grad can't tell me if the prescription was in either liquid or cream form? (Hmm?) After the fact she went on to tell me that it could be in liquid form and maybe it was normal for the medication to look runny. Wrong! She was incredibly short with me, defensive and nasty. I was shocked because during our initial visit, she appeared very professional and respectful. I hope Magic Johnson had a better outcome at this place than I did. I love how these doctors try to impress you with their celebrity photos and videos. Please! Learn some bedside manner! I have never seen a more rude, defensive and irritable dermatologist. Not impressed by you at all Dr. Jekyl. This woman is crazy and I will never return back to her offices again! Next!
