I decided to stop by on Friday evening to make an appointment for new brakes. When they told me they could do it that night,I was quite happy and surprised. The shuttle brought me home and I was told I would get a phone call with an estimate. After more than two hours, I called to see what was going on. They told me they didn't have a technician to do the brakes and i would have to leave it overnight. Since I was not expecting to me without a car for the night, I had to pick it up and bring it back the next morning. After dropping it off the next morning, the work was done earlier than quoted. It was ready at noon instead of 2pm. However, the estimate was $40 more than I was quoted, even after using a coupon. I normally have all my service done here, but this time I was not too happy. They did a good job but the total experience was not what I was expecting or what I was used to.
