I was thrilled with my service. I kind of picked KW Salon out of a hat of places that were highly rated and relatively close to work. I was squeezed in for a very thorough consultation by Steven, who went to lengths to make sure that we were talking on the same page - much more than I can say for any past stylists. He gave me reasonable expectations as far as cost, and came up with a realistic goal that preserves the structural integrity of my hair as much as possible. I'm really looking forward to my first color session with him in a few weeks! Since I desperately needed a cut, he managed to get Cynthia to cut my hair - I got what I assumed was going to be a $100 haircut for $33 from her, and it's easily the best haircut I've ever had. It was simple but not unflattering or sloppy, and while she did take pains to make sure I looked good walking out, she didn't inflict her artistic vision of hair on my head. As long as I can get to this place, I will keep coming back here. I can't imagine considering anyplace else.
