This was my worst visit to Veda and I've been going here for several years. It was such an awful experience that I haven't decided if I will even go back to let them fix their mistake that I paid a pretty penny for so bad that even my 14 year old son noticed!!! Then I had to go out of state for the weekend...embarrassing! She didn't Tell me goodbye, she didn't tell me the products I would need to use with the new hair style. She had someone help her this time..the help checked the hair color, washed my hair for a short period of time...no relaxation that's for sure! Then I had one trying to straighten my hair and the other blow drying it. I am extremely unhappy! It was a miserable experience that cost a lot of money and probably lost a customer that comes for many services every month. Such a loyal customer that I drive 4 hours one way for your services...not anymore and I will be spreading the word to ALL of my friends that use your facility!
