Review content:
There seems to be a big improvement in the front. I had stopped coming becausing is seemed that the front desk was to busy talking to each other and were annoyed they had to wait on me. I'm a regular working middle aged person who just wants to come in and have something done by people who are nice. I, like many work with people all day and try to make there day as pleasant as I can despite people who really do test my patience. But, I am not in there shoes and in this economy a lot of people just need someone to be nice to them. I am lucky, I have a job and my health and instead of looking at what we don't have we need to look at what we have. My first visit back was out of convenience, my second was not. People are going to places where they feel there business is wanted and they are treated that way. This does not go to the person who may abuse you verbally - that's the time to go get your manager. I work in an office where we may loose a client because we will not put up with the staff being treated badly by one person. We have found that there is always someone to eventually take there place and makes for a better work experience. Who likes to look at the daily sheet and see that one person they know may ruin there day, they have already started. Sorry, I can't do much about relatives, friends, etc that are always going to be there no matter what. Thank you all - I enjoyed my last two visits and look forward to coming back.
