I've frequented the Atwood location for a couple of years now, but don't see a regular stylist. I would have to say that, although the experience this time wasn't exactly bad, I am unsure if I will return. My stylist was grouchy, the receptionist waited several minutes before acknowledging me ( a simple, "I'll be right with you," would have sufficed), and the haircut was rushed and turned out okay - but not great. In these difficult economic times I frequent places like Anaala as a treat - for higher-end haircuts, spa services, and exceptional customer service. In the past, Anaala has met those requirements. Unfortunately, that was not my experience this time around.
