They Listen 100% to what it is YOU want and give you all the "latest and greatest" options. Gentle, caring and sweet from the beginning to the end, on all fronts. Exceptional quality of work. I had seen the best in New York and LA and so glad trusted my instinct to finally choose Dr. Ziv. I now have the most beautiful natural- looking smile. Couldn't been happier. Truly. Everyone non-stop complements me on my "smile" without knowing I've had work done. Also, they work with one of the best labs in the country--if not THE best lab. I don't know if I just got lucky or did my homework right. All that said, you have to know what you want. Do your HW and try to know exactly what kind of smile you're looking for (read on-line articles and go in with pictures), once there ask questions and they will help you with the rest...and deliver.
