I got my brakes changed at Chapman Mazda in June of 2010. In December 2010 I started hearing a minor squeak... it wasn't consistent but it was bothersome. After Mazda took a look and told me it was nothing I let it be... when the noise returned and I had it check by two other dealerships who all said there was nothing wrong, I was losing my mind!! Matt Haag was wonderful, he set up an appointment just to take a look! After the diagnosis and prescribed fix, I was given a VERY reasonable quote and best yet got my car back in brand new condition in 6 hours!! Thank you for doing what "all knowing" over priced dealerships couldn't figure out!! Thanks Matt and Bruce
