Review content:
The Music Centre opened it's doors on April 1, 1981. Lana L. Gore, professor of bayan and accordion, a well-renowned music instructor throughout the world was the owner/director. Miss Gore passed away January 29, 2006. Her sister, Linda Marshall, took over operations upon Miss Gore's death. Due to the poor economy Miss Marshall decided to close the conservatory. It's final day of operation - January 31, 2009.
Ms. Marshall is referring all callers for music instructions to the Marras Music Studio on Middlebelt in Livonia (member of the American Guild of Music), Bill Cairo's Studio on Five Mile Road in Redford, and Southland Music Co., on Eureka Road at Telegraph in the Southland Mall.
