My first trip here was because I had admired a coworkers hair. I did not have any salon experience here in Columbus, being new to the area, so I was very apprehensive. I must say, from the moment I walked in the door, being greeted, asked if I wanted something to drink, having someone take my jacket, was already making me feel at home at Lennonheads. My stylist, Brooke, was there to guide me to her station, and asked what I was having done, and offered suggestions to the coloring, which we both had the same thoughts in mind. I like that.. totally in tune! My whole experience, from the moment I walked in the door, to the complimentary mini facial to the payment at the end was pleasant, friendly and soothing. I think I hit a home run on my first visit. I shall be back! Thank you Brooke for making my hair so lovely and thank you everyone else for making me feel comfortable!
