I purchased a Groupon that included a deep-conditioning treatment, cut and blow-dry. Let me start by saying the shampoo and conditioning treatment was excellent so I was looking forward to a great haircut. My stylist, Lana, then proceeded to comb my shoulder-length wavy hair straight and cut along the bottom. That's it. Her "cut" took less than 5 minutes. The blow-dry was about the same amount of time, and my hair was still damp when I left the salon. I am amazed that a company would offer a Groupon and then proceed to give subpar services. What a disappointment - needless to say I won't be back.
