Review content:
This agent is horrible. We went in to pay the insurance and he just sat at his computer and asked what we needed, told him "We want to make a payment." He continues to stare at his computer screen and sticks his hand out like he wanted us to just put the money in his hand. We were confused and thought that was just so rude! Who does that? After he did that we asked "Well wait, how much is it?!" Then he puts his hand down and does something in his computer again and puts his hand up again.. like what?! So then I call to complain and what does he do? Instead of helping me he yells at me horrible horrible customer service I tell you I wouldnt reccomend him to anyone!!!
