From the minute you walk in the door until the minute you walk out of the door you get friendly service and fantastic hair! You are offered a variety of beverages and I even got a complimentary hand massage (and lipstick touch up) while my hair was processing. I came out with beautiful color and a cute fresh cut from Sarah L. I've been going to Sarah L. since she was in beauty school and honestly can say she has never done me wrong. Every time I have a new variety of colors in my hair (which are always gorgeous) and the perfect cuts wether I am wearing my hair to my chin or half way down my back, she always just knows what to do. Thank you ECCO!
