DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER NEVER EAT HERE!!!!
I walked in and the place is basically in a dirty basement. i ordered a falafel roll up from this place. not only was the falafel ICE COLD but it was hard as a brick!!! It kinda resembled a dead squished breaded mous e. I had to pick out all the falafel and ended up with bread and hummus for seven dollars which I didnt even eat. BOO!!! Also, I ordered with my friend and the fat bald man behind the counter would NOT LET US PAY SEPERATLY!! Who is he to tell us how to pay?! Then we experienced exactly how rude he was to another customer. Some guy had called ahead for a sandwich and a calzone. when the dude walked in the fat bald guy started yelling at him that he called him many times and the customer did not pick up the phone (something about not being able to make tuna with mayo or something) so the customer said it was fine he would just take the calzone. the bald guy told him he didnt make it yet and that he " wouldnt need to wait long, just 15-20 mintues." What the heck is the point of calling ahead if you have to sit there and wait for the food anyway!? If fat man called him 20 minuts ago the calzome could have been ready by now! so the customer said he was not able to wait and then the bald guy started screeming " but I called you! this is your problem not my problem becasue you didnt pick up the phone!!" the customer fired back that he was on the T and obviosuly didnt have service underground.
obviously this fat bald mean man hasnt been in the country long enough to know what customer service is, OR how to make simple sandwiches!! (according to another review they cant make pizza either) He was rude to 3 customer in like 1.5 minutes!!! Please save yourself from a horrible experience and dont go here or let people you love go here either.
