I was referred to Hage and Kobany from a friend because my regular mechanic doesn't work on a transmission-related repairs. Fortuantely, it wasn't a major repair. But the staff put in a lot of time in advance of my appointment researching my car and the trouble code it was reporting. I waited while the car was serviced and witnesses the consistent seamelss customer service Jeff, Ron, Jameson, and all the technicians provided. The job was completed on time and for the amount they estimated. I'm a believer that ethics and compassion in any organization must exist on every level for it to characterize a business. Hage and Kobany is an example of just that.
