The work they did was good, but they overcharge for the parts they use. They bought the parts from NAPA for the price that I could buy them for and then added their own markup to that price and then tried to charged it to me. One of the parts had a 50% markup from what NAPA charged them for it. Furthermore, the same exact part could have been purchased from Autozone for 38% cheaper than NAPA. So all in all, when I got the bill, it listed one of the parts for DOUBLE the price I could have purchased it for myself. They also added a "shop supplies" fee to my bill when NO shop supplies were even used, and which they did not tell me about when I got the estimate. This shop supplies fee was added on top of the estimate and the sales tax. When I asked about the fee they said that it could have been for wear-and-tear on their tools. So I am supposed to pay more for parts, pay for labor, AND pay for the tools that are used to do the job? The cost of tools are part of their business and should not be passed on to the customer.
