At first glance, Bisuteki seemed like it would be a fun experience. I couldn't be more wrong. I had a party of 4 with reservations for 8:30 and didn't get seated until 9:30. The waitress kept telling us 15 more minutes and began to get rude when we kept asking when we would be seated. come on, we had reservations, we had the right as customers to keep asking when we would be seated. the food ended up being ok and our chef wasn't that entertaining. He also couldn't follow directions. I asked him specifically for my steak to be given to my date and he said "no have a few" and proceeded to put a lot of steak on my plate. I wasn't too happy about that. I wouldn't recommend bisuteki to anyone. Pros: sushi Cons: service, service, SERVICE
