Review content:
Was parked in a shopping center parking lot. Car next to me called AAA for a lock out service. The driver placed the metal rod on top of that car which feel off the car and smacked the side of my car. Luckily I had been sitting there to hear it. He started rubbing it. I told him to let me out of my car to look at it. He said he would call his boss. I asked for his info, and he said he was not allowed to give me his info. His boss wanted mine to come to my house to look at it and give me some money. I said I wanted his. What if the guy never showed? Had to call the police. The boss again was more worried about me having any access to his info than what he had done. Cop and I both said it would be easier just to deal direct with him, but the boss told driver to tell cop for me to sue driver. The owner threw their own driver under the bus on this one. I now have to sue the driver for my car repairs. Very shady company!!! They also threatened me that I better hope I don't have AAA and ever call them for a tow.
