Businiess name:  Chez Million

Review content:
We've been bummed ever since Cassis on Capital Hill closed, so we were really excited about Chez Million on Alki. We were disappointed with the bread - yes, it's a small item, but after all, bread is an integral part of a French meal. The bread we were served up was nothing special, tasted like a supermarket baguette. The menu had nice dishes, seemed pretty standard French fare but not very creative. Some almost seemed northwest-like and not so much "French". I only lived in France for a year, so I may be wrong, but what I yearned for was something that reminded me of France and this did not do it for me. It also seems a little out of place on Alki, contrasting against the relaxed beach atmosphere. Parisian cafe fare would be more like it. All in all, the food was good, but not worth the price, and we were not against spending money - it just did not live up to our expectations.
