I bought a Lifebooker offer for this place, mani-pedi for $12. It took FOREVER to make the appointment!!!! Each time I called they said they were booked. And they always ask you first "where did you hear about us" and when you say Lifebooker they say, "we are booked" I called SEVEN times before I was able to finally make an apoint. And IT WAS SO NOT WORTH THE WAIT! The manicurist was Russian and barely spoke English, which is always irritating. She barely scrubbed my feet, she DID NOT USE AN ANTISEPTIC on my nails before she painted them which is gross!!! The nail polish was SO THICK AND UNEVEN it just looked bad. Of course it never dried and it got smudged that night 3HOURS AFTER SHE PAINTED THEM. The topcoat and base coat were some cheap brand nail polish. My nails got chipped 2 days later, which is too soon for Essie nail polish. I had better experiences with this nail polish brand, it’s all about knowing how to apply it which she obviously didn’t. They had a great offer for a Brazilian that I am thinking about buying but I ‘m definitely never doing my nails there again.
