Review content:
The Black Rhino is a great place in the summer after work. They offer outdoor seating on the patio with a live reggae band on certain nights. Also the roofdeck (4 flights up) is the best downtown. Ok, maybe it's the ONLY downtown but it's a great, quaint spot. Weekends can get packed and you may experience waiting in more than one line. Stick to the 5pm - 8pm crowd and you will have a pleasurable experience. Enjoy good bar food & generous drinks.
