CITY FURNITURE SUCKS BIG TIME!!!
Worst customer service ever. STAY AWAY FROM THE JUNK THAT THEY SELL AND THE LOW LIFE PEOPLE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
When you go to the store, pay attention that all of the furniture is scratched and peeled. This is how all of the furniture that we have purchased looks like, less than a month after purchase. We feel like we took 8K in cash, and threw it away to the trash.
Keep in mind that once they deliver the furniture to you, THERE ARE NO RETURNS. They have delivered some defective drawers and made it extremely difficult to get replacement drawers. IF YOU ARE A SUCKER AND YOU BUY SOMETHING FROM THEM, INSPECT THE MERCHANDISE VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING ON THEIR ORDER SHEET.
Never in my life, I have seen such a disrespect to customers. There are better (quality) better (service) stores. Do not waste your time going there.
Try to read some other reviews on the net, one average, they get 1 out of 5 stars from most people, that might say something.
