I went here in April last year and got a great color. I then made an appt and went back in November trying to get the same colorist. I asked for the same hairdresser but when I got there they put me with someone else. I decided to come back when my original person. When I came back it wasnt the same girl the 2nd time either, although they tried to insist it was. I just needed the color so I went along with it and the colorist was TERRRIBLE.. I came out looking like an Albino and after yelling at her and the front office people who are retarded I finally after 20 minutes of complaining got to speak to an Asst Mgr. She did agree to redo it for a discounted price but my hair still came out orange. A nitemare.
